Easy Peanut Butter Roll Ups

This super easy, delicious and healthy snack will quickly become a family favorite.

Ingredients:

  • Peanut butter (cashew or almond butter would be delicious, too!)
  • Sliced bananas
  • Whole wheat wrap 
  • Chocolate chips (optional) 

Directions:

  • Spread peanut butter on the wrap. Place sliced bananas over the peanut butter and sprinkles with chocolate chips.
  • Roll up and eat. 


It's that simple! This makes a great after school snack for the kids, or a mid day pick me up for parents. You can use berries or apples if you do not like bananas. And, if you have a nut allergy, substitute the peanut butter with your "butter" of choice. Experiment with different flavors and find what you like the best.
