Back by popular demand! The Town will be hosting a Safari Animal Scavenger Hunt along Rails to Trails East as a part of Kids to Parks Day on May 18. Come anytime between noon to 5 p.m. and be on the lookout for our safari animals along the trail. Let us know how many animals you find!
Organized by the National Park Trust, Kids to Parks Day is a national celebration encouraging children to play outside at local, state and national parks and public lands.
The Mount Airy Main Street Association (MAMSA) will also be hosting a Hello Spring Market at the same time along Downtown Main Street so after you search for our safari animals go hunting for great deals at local businesses as a part of the event
